Role overview As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a team that’s passionate about the core guest experience, turning original concepts into compelling interactive experiences that resonate with a global audience. You will define solutions that improve the guest booking experience across Agoda products, collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Get to Know Our Team The Design team is a diverse group of product designers and researchers that help to build Agoda’s products from our home office in Bangkok. We partner with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and design workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces. There is always an opportunity for growth here. Focus on your craft to improve or expand your skill set, or step into a managerial role and flex your talents as a designer and driver of team projects.

Experience Requirements & Role Expectations

• 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred.
• Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces, and independently deliver pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions. You sweat the details and care deeply about craft.
• You are highly experienced in UI design, with deep knowledge of design patterns and a creative approach to solving problems through user interfaces.
• Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience running user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights to inform design decisions.
• Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery. You’ll set the design vision, define the user experience, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Partner with Product managers to shape product vision and roadmap. You’ll use data, research, and business context to inform your design decisions, always balancing user needs with business goals.
• Has experience of managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
• Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines.
• A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions showcasing beautiful, user-centered web and mobile product design.
