A successful candidate will be detail‑oriented, proactive in identifying issues, and committed to improving network efficiency and uptime.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a NOC, network administration, or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
Hands‑on experience with:
- Networking Equipment:
Routers, switches, firewalls (Sophos, Aruba, Ruckus, Ubiquiti, etc.) - Protocols & Services: BGP, OSPF, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP
- Monitoring Tools: RMM/MDM/NMM (Ninja One, Solar Winds, Lion Gard, or equivalent)
- Cloud & Virtualization:
Microsoft Azure, Hyper‑V, VMware - Certifications (preferred):
- CompTIA Network+, Security+
- Sophos Firewall Engineer, Fortinet NSE or equivalent security certification

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent documentation and record‑keeping skills
- Desire and ability to learn new technology
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional departments

Key Responsibilities
Your Mission Will Be To:
- Monitor and troubleshoot network/system issues, resolving incidents efficiently
- Identify alert patterns and develop automation to reduce recurring issues
- Generate reports on uptime, bandwidth, and system performance
- Provide direct customer support as needed
- Assist with network upgrades, security patches, and configuration improvements
- Document troubleshooting steps, procedures, and best practices
- Identify and mitigate network/system security risks
- Implement, maintain, and repair routing, switching, firewalls, and remote access
