• Lead or participate in multiple projects to design, configure, document, and test software application solutions, primarily focused on SAP applications
• Conduct business and systems analysis to identify and facilitate process design changes that improve efficiency and data reliability
• Synthesize and document business requirements and provide internal support for evaluating proposed functionality in existing and proposed SAP applications
• Maintain and develop internal business relationships to influence successful project outcomes
• Support the software lifecycle of SAP and other enterprise software applications such as implementation, configuration, post go-live support, and training

• Understanding of software development life cycles (i.e., Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)
• Ability to handle complex, high-profile projects with multiple stakeholders and integrated systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with requirements management and delivering against business requirements
• Fluent in English and the primary language used in the area of responsibility and/or location

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience

• Minimum five years of experience in requirements management
• Strong experience with medium to large-scale project and program management
• Experience with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 or higher required
• Experience with S/4 HANA Simple Finance (for EWM roles - EWM 9.4) preferred
