• Support, train, and coach clients on best practices during the implementation of NEOGOV HRIS and Payroll products
• Gather business requirements and build consensus around business processes while maintaining a best practice approach
• Configure NEOGOV solutions and demonstrate configurations through prototype systems and testing
• Identify and implement system and process improvement opportunities within the NEOGOV HRIS suite
• Track support levels and customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring SLAs are achieved and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting clients with payroll processes, taxes, and year-end procedures
• Proficient understanding of payroll concepts and standard payroll processes
• Previous consulting or implementation experience in a technical and/or HR space
• Ability to perform well in a 100% remote/virtual workspace
• Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering

• Certified Payroll Specialist (CPS) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
• General understanding of multi-state reciprocity
• Working knowledge of the public sector is preferred but not required
