What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own and evolve the Customer Success technology ecosystem, focusing on Gainsight and collaborating across various platforms
  • Design business rules that analyze customer data to drive proactive engagement from the customer success team
  • Manage integration builds and ensure smooth deployment of new technologies or processes
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and maintain reliable data flows
  • Champion data quality and governance, ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement of processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of experience administering Gainsight or equivalent Customer Success platforms
  • Proven experience supporting Customer Success or Post‑Sales operations in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills to guide stakeholders toward scalable solutions
  • Experience working in Agile environments, utilizing tools like JIRA for workload management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Certinia (Financial Force) administration or similar systems
  • Familiarity with post‑sales tools such as Gong or Matik
  • Strong documentation skills using Confluence or similar tools
  • Ability to balance short‑term execution with long‑term system scalability
  • Passion for process improvement and building systems that enhance customer outcomes
