CAD Implementer (Eastern MA area) at Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence

• Report to the Professional Services Manager; lead activities related to the introduction, design, development, configuration, installation, and support of Hexagon’s computer aided dispatch products and applications for Public Safety industry.
• Participate in functional requirement definition and analysis.
• Create complex workflow through functional requirements definition and analysis.
• Lead simple data modeling and data conversion definition activities.
• Perform complex configuration and installation of Hexagon’s COTS products.
• Lead overall design of simple solutions for customers.
• Deliver product training for end users and system administration.
• Design, develop, install and conduct acceptance testing of custom developed applications and system interfaces.
• Lead database administration activities.
• Support customer acceptance testing of Hexagon’s products.
• Travel to customer sites at least once per month for a week; additional onsite visits as needed.

• A degree in Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in technical application development.
• Demonstrated success in at least 4 of the following areas: end‑user training, functional requirement definition, leading technical tasks in production, building customer relationships, customer presentations or training to medium audiences, effective teamwork, communication skills, problem‑solving, business priority understanding, and knowledge sharing.
• PSAP or field operations experience highly desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to convey technical information.
• Up to 50% travel required within North America.
