• Partner with Digital Customer Success, Strategy, Marketing, and Product teams to translate customer health and engagement questions into analytical requirements
• Design and build dashboards and reports that provide insights on case management, digital engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Analyze data from various sources to uncover trends and opportunities for improving customer outcomes
• Develop maintainable visualizations in business intelligence tools for customer‑facing teams to monitor performance
• Advocate for data quality and consistency while shaping how customer success data is collected and analyzed

• Experience in analytics roles focused on customer success and SaaS, including analyzing customer engagement and adoption
• Background in integrating data from multiple customer and go‑to‑market systems
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to support reporting and analysis
• Skill in designing business intelligence dashboards in tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences

• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners in a remote environment
• Attention to detail regarding data quality and performance
• Openness to experimenting with new analytics tools and techniques
• Familiarity with customer success platforms and marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of A/B testing and segmentation techniques
