Position: IT Help Desk Analyst — 24/7 DHS Program (Remote Options)
A leading IT solutions provider in Ashburn, Virginia, is seeking an IT Call Center Help Desk professional to support technology services at the Department of Homeland Security. This role involves assisting over 65,000 users worldwide, providing virtual support via phone, email, and chat. Candidates should have 1-2 years of help desk experience, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with computer systems.

MCSA and A+ certifications are preferred. The position requires on-site work with potential for remote opportunities.
