Paradox EN is looking for a Head Of Growth who can turn data into strategic action and build a growth engine that scales our learning platform.

Key Attributes
  • Conversion Architect — diagnose funnel bottlenecks and turn data into measurable experimentation road‑maps.
  • Behavioral Strategist — mix cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks to design resonant experiences.
  • Data‑Driven Creator — fluent in GA4, Hotjar, A/B tools, Amplitude, and able to link insights to revenue, retention, and LTV.
Responsibilities
  • Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer–Market Fit.
  • Identify segments where offers truly work; stop or reshape offers lacking evidence.
  • Architect funnels and campaigns—design, implement, and oversee tracking, flows, and optimisation.
  • Execute A/B tests yourself; analyze headlines, pricing, messaging and iterate quickly.
  • Audit friction points in the user journey and implement immediate fixes.
  • Explore and scale new acquisition channels in partnership with Paid Social and Content teams.
  • Design and optimise growth loops (product, retention, referral, content).
  • Lead and coach the Growth team; manage talent acquisition, training, and performance.
  • Align growth with Sales, prioritising high‑intent leads and win rates.
Tools & KPIs
  • Tools: GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely and other analytics/experiment platforms.
  • KPIs: LTV/CAC ratio; funnel conversion rates by stage; X experiments launched per week.
Desired Outcomes
  • Conversion rates 2× better than baseline.
  • Continuous growth experimentation.
  • A predictable growth engine.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing within SaaS or digital products.
  • Track record of scaling A/B and multivariate tests that produced measurable revenue or activation gains.
