As a Dev Ops Manager, you will lead the operations and cloud infrastructure that support mission-critical applications and enterprise systems. You will oversee the performance, scalability, and security of both cloud and on-premises environments while mentoring and developing a high-performing Dev Ops team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development, architecture, and IT leadership to implement automation, Dev Sec Ops practices, and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
You will also serve as a senior escalation point for database and Linux operations, ensuring system reliability and compliance. - Lead, mentor, and manage a Dev Ops team to deliver clear, measurable results and foster professional growth
- Define and implement Dev Sec Ops practices, embedding security and automation throughout system operations
- Oversee cloud infrastructure performance, cost optimization, and scalability across AWS and Azure environments
- Support application development and architecture teams by refining tools, environments, and processes for secure and efficient delivery
- Serve as senior escalation and technical backup for database and Linux operations, ensuring system resilience and coverage
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance integration, automation, and system performance initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, vulnerability management, and operational workflows
- 10+ years of experience in Dev Ops, infrastructure, or cloud engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership or player‑coach role
- Expertise in AWS and Azure operations, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation), and automation
- Strong technical background in databases (MS‑SQL, Oracle, Postgre
SQL, or Aurora) and Linux system administration - Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (Cloud Watch, Pingdom, Sentry), and vulnerability management (Tenable, Sonar Qube)
- Knowledge of NIST 800-171 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework compliance practices
