Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technician, located in Hickory, NC with the opportunity for remote work on a flexible basis. The Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining telephone and data systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing system upgrades, troubleshooting technical issues, cabling, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining detailed documentation of technical configurations and services. Collaboration with team members and on-site visits at client locations are also integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in telephone systems and data solutions
• Skill in configuration, installation, cabling, and maintenance of communication systems
• Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Experience in system upgrades and maintaining technical documentation
• Flexibility to work both on-site in Hickory, NC and remotely as needed
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations
• Prior experience in telecommunications or a related field is advantageous
