• Administer and manage large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud environments with over 1 million records and numerous active users
• Configure Omni-Channel routing, assignment rules, and case response optimization across multiple channels
• Utilize SOQL for efficient data querying and manage data migration and best practices
• Create technical documentation, change sets, architecture, data flows, and release notes
• Configure and deploy experience cloud sites and manage Service Cloud Voice call centers

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience administering Salesforce Service Cloud
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform, including architecture, limits, and data security models
• Proficiency in SOQL and experience with data modeling, including objects, fields, and relationships
• Expertise in configuring flows, validation rules, and assignment rules
• Familiarity with configuring and managing Service Cloud Voice call centers

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as building and deploying Agentforce agents and AI Voice
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
• Familiarity with deployment tools like Salesforce Dev Ops Center, Copado, or Gearset
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, including Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
