• Assist with quote generation, CRM updates, and pre-sales documentation
• Conduct initial research on DoD opportunities and market developments
• Support Sales Directors with correspondence and scheduling
• Shadow product demos and participate in virtual client meetings
• Collaborate with Sales Administration and Sales Engineering teams on proposals

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of sales, proposal, or analyst experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and/or equivalent Google tools
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident)

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
• Familiarity with defense, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing environments
• Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PDF tools, and CRM systems
