Channel Sales Manager

• Manage and grow relationships with indirect sales partners in the Nordic and Baltic regions
• Generate revenue forecasts and determine reseller quotas
• Audit reseller capabilities and customize approaches to achieve sales goals
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop marketing plans
• Measure reseller performance and implement incentive frameworks to enhance performance

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in channel sales management
• Proven SaaS sales experience, including high-value account management
• Strong negotiation skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Understanding of local marketing needs within the AECO market
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% as needed

• Familiarity with current reseller channels in the AECO market
• Experience in strategic planning within a partner ecosystem
