As our new Essential Implementation Manager
, you will join our Professional Services team, the team responsible for delivering smooth, fast, and high-quality onboarding experiences for our new mid‑market (Essentials) customers. You will :
- Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle – from Sales handover and discovery to platform launch and handover to Support – blending project management, platform configuration, learning strategy, and integration of the platform into HR customer’s ecosystem
.
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, design their platform architecture, guide technical setup (data imports, user management, integrations), and provide strategic advice on content organization and learner engagement to maximize adoption.
- Ensure successful go‑lives, high customer satisfaction, and consistently high-quality deployments, while also helping capitalize on and improve internal processes.
Your impact will be measured through timely go‑lives, customer satisfaction, and the quality and reliability of each deployment you deliver and capitalization on our processes.
Within one month, you will:- Complete our onboarding program and become proficient in the tools, project management, and technical integration that drive our projects
- Get to know our culture, Convexity
- Gain a strong understanding of how the Business Teams collaborate to ensure customer success.
- Learn our product and service offerings
- Shadow ongoing projects to observe best practices and understand our implementation approach.
- Begin managing your first Essential implementation projects, taking ownership with the support of your coach.
- Implement key integrations (SSO, HRIS, third‑party tools), provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Define your quarterly priorities in alignment with the Professional Services Team’s objectives.
- Develop our internal knowledge base in Confluence and Trello, sharing resources and insights that help the Essential Manager department scale effectively.
- Successfully launch new Essential clients on the 360
Learning platform. - Articulate the value and business impact of the 360
Learning ecosystem. - Build scalable, repeatable material and processes to build and continuously improve our project delivery.
- Maintain product expertise throughout client enablement projects with the LEC team.
- Help onboard and mentor a new implementation manager joining the team.
- Contribute to our internal knowledge base by documenting best practices and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance the value of our services.
- 3+ years in a customer‑facing role such as Implementation Project Manager, Customer Success Partner, Technical Account Manager, or managing learning & development projects.
- Experience deploying SaaS products, ideally in HR or learning technology.
- Ability to manage end‑to‑end projects with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks across concurrent implementations.
- Hands‑on experience with integration (flat file, APIs, SSO) or strong interest for integration topics.
- Solution‑oriented mindset with a strong client‑first approach in all interactions.
- Structured, rational, and analytical; able to manage complex priorities efficiently.
- Recognized for excellent listening and teaching skills; able to convey ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Self‑starter comfortable in a results‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR, DE)
