- Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Analyst or Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience with Salesforce at a nonprofit
- Administrator certification is required
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and third‑party applications
- Strong problem‑solving and analytic skills demonstrated in process mapping and re‑engineering
- In‑depth knowledge of the Nonprofit Success Pack and experience with custom fields, coding, and integrations
- Experience with email marketing
- Strong reporting background using Salesforce reporting tools and third‑party applications
