Description and RequirementsWe are seeking enthusiastic, career‑minded professionals to join our Global Inside Sales Team. The ideal Inside Sales Account Representative will be aggressive, goal‑oriented, articulate and possess sound phone skills. A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must.
What You’ll Do- Work with field partners and end‑user customers within the US and globally to drive opportunities and educate on Lenovo’s portfolio offerings.
- Support configuration discussions and provide solutions as well as proactive follow‑up, product information, and overall account support via telephone.
- Participate in segment initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management, outbound calls, and weekly program follow‑ups with partners.

IDG (Intelligent Device Group) – The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices. We combine investment in high‑growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security, and as‑a‑service solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with outbound calling and prospecting.
- Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and data center solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
