BI Analyst

• Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Support the team’s analysis of customer, provider, and operational data to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Automate and improve reporting processes, reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy and predictability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations) to ensure data consistency, governance, and alignment with enterprise standards.

• 5+ years of technical experience in healthcare data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL, SAS or other data systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access, including relational database usage.
• Expertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques.
• Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid, CMS, or other federally regulated healthcare programs.
• Experience with Humana systems, specifically Service Fund.
• Experience with Power BI for creating data visualizations.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Understanding of organizational operations and effective communication of findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Remote/Work at home; occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.

Typical business hours Monday‑Friday, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. All associates must start their workday between 6 AM‑9 AM EST.
