Business Systems Analyst -Dental Application Support - Remote

• Provide day-to-day production support for Dental applications, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Work with IS, vendors, and business users to ensure timely resolution of system incidents
• Document recurring system issues and identify and implement long-term resolutions
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on system functionalities and best practices
• Track and analyze production support trends, identifying patterns and areas for improvement

• 2–3 years of experience working with the Skygen Enterprise application and other Group Dental systems
• Dental or other type of Insurance Claims/Service handling experience
• Prior experience working with the employer’s Workplace Solutions systems and business processes
• Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner
• Detail-oriented with clear communication skills, both written and verbal

• Two or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar capacities, including Agile or Scrum experience
• Experience writing business and technical requirements to guide code changes
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK)
