• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in a consulting environment with a track record of leading successful technical projects
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes
• Experience managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Knowledge of Salesforce or any enterprise CRM
• Experience in entrepreneurial and startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness
