A growing Managed Service Provider in Elmhurst is seeking a System Administrator who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting a variety of environments, and working directly with clients. This role is ideal for someone with solid Microsoft and networking experience who wants a mix of escalated support, light project work, and the ability to grow into more advanced responsibilities over time.

You will support multiple small and mid-sized businesses across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and network infrastructure while collaborating with a supportive engineering team. After training, this position offers a hybrid schedule and the chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced MSP environment.

• Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, servers, cloud services, and network infrastructure
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and user provisioning across multiple client environments
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services
• Troubleshoot switches, firewalls, VPN connectivity, and general networking issues
• Assist with projects such as onboarding, upgrades, deployments, and cloud initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes for ticketing and communication
• Deliver an excellent client experience with clear, friendly, service-oriented communication

• At least 1 year of experience working for a Managed Service Provider
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server configuration
• Experience troubleshooting networking fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
• Clear communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach
• Curiosity, accountability, and a desire to continue growing your technical skill set
