As a Data Engineer, you’ll help support our dedicated field teams, and deliver critical services that make a visible impact every day. Whether you're leading people, optimizing processes, or providing essential support, your work will contribute directly to our success—and to the communities we proudly serve.

The job responsibilities below outline the core duties and expectations of a position, providing clarity on how the role supports Company goals. However, as business needs evolve, these responsibilities may shift over time to reflect new priorities, processes, or technologies:

• Data Architecture & Management:
  Maintain and optimize data warehouses and data lakes in Snowflake and Databricks, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting:
  Design and build Tableau datasets that power business intelligence, analytics, and reporting capabilities across the organization.
• Data Science & AI Enablement:
  Develop and manage data pipelines that support AI model training and predictive analytics, including fleet maintenance prediction.
• Automation & Workflow Tools:
  Contribute to the development of Agent Force, an AI‑driven workflow automation platform that assists drivers with tasks like ticket rescheduling and operator support.
• Cross-Functional Integration:
  Partner with Salesforce Admins and Developers to integrate and streamline data workflows across systems and teams.
• Regular & Predictable Attendance:
  The ability to consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences. This includes being present and prepared to work throughout assigned shifts, and reliably adhering to start times, breaks, and end times.

• Database
  
  Experience:
  
  3+ years of experience working with Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, and Azure platforms.
• Data Management:
  Proven ability to manage and maintain data lakes and data warehouses, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance.
• Data Pipeline Development:
  Experience building and optimizing data pipelines for analytics, AI, and machine learning applications.
• AI & Predictive Analytics:
  Familiarity with AI model training, predictive maintenance, and data preparation for fleet or operational insights.
• Automation & Integration:
  Understanding of workflow automation and conversational AI tools, with experience integrating data workflows into Salesforce environments.
• System Development:
  Experience supporting or building proprietary AI models, automation tools, or custom application integrations is preferred.
• Communication:
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
