Recruiter

• Work with current vacancies, searching for candidates for various IT tech and non-tech positions.
• Hire worldwide, with main focus on LATAM and European countries.
• Understanding search requirements.
• Arranging and conducting online meetings and interviews.
• Working with hiring managers.
• Maintaining and expanding your professional contact base.
• Writing & updating CVs of employees.

• Solid experience in IT recruiting, knowledge of ecommerce domain — our focus technologies are Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, Magento, Shopify, Ruby on Rails and related.
• Strong English skills in both verbal and written form.
• Developed communication skills and strong professional etiquette.
• Analytical mindset, attention to details.
• High result orientation.
