Practice Support Analyst - Application Support, Remote

• Provide technical assistance to users via chat, solving technical problems with predefined steps
• Triage incomplete tickets and perform troubleshooting for technical issues related to the application
• Execute sub‑tasks of projects within the Practice Success workstream under supervision
• Assist with issues related to App Access, Practice Location, Providers, Users, Patient Merges, and Telehealth
• Maintain effective communication and provide excellent customer service throughout the support process

• Minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting application issues in healthcare settings
• Associate Degree
• Basic competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA
• Ability to navigate AWS S3 folders
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and customer service skills, including professional verbal and written communication

• Ability to read/write simple SQL statements or run SQL statements written by other team members
