Job Type: Full‑Time. Support clients both remotely and daily travel to customer sites. Mileage reimbursement provided.

We are seeking a skilled IT Network Engineer to work as part of our team in our Nashville location. This position is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working directly with network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions. Ideal candidate will have a strong background in key technology areas such as Microsoft, networking, server systems, firewalls, hosting, and application/system upgrades/migrations.

• Implement and support IT solutions across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Provide daily hands‑on support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Respond to and resolve end‑user network incidents and service requests in real time.
• Collaborate with our team and our clients to design and implement solutions.
• Work closely with team and clients to provide technical guidance and ensure successful project implementation.

• Strong communication:
  Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Advanced troubleshooting:
  Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex IT and network issues.
• Network infrastructure:
  Proficient in cable testing, terminations, fiber basics, managed switches, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and VPNs.
• System administration:
  Experience with Windows Server provisioning, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS and desktop deployment.
• Managed switch setup, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting.
• VPN configuration and management.
• Strong experience in MS365 user setup, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, MS security score review and management.
• Experience in on‑premises to cloud and cloud‑cloud migrations are a definite plus.

• Active Directory
• M365 experience in user setup, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, MS security
• DNS management with domain services
• Firewall setup, deployment, management, and troubleshooting
• Application and system upgrades/migrations
• Virtual environments (Hyper‑V and/or VMware)
• Access points
• VPN configuration and management
• Windows server migration
• Public and private cloud migration

• Fortinet Firewall expertise
• Familiarity with RMM tool N‑Able/Pro View a plus
• Datto
• Veeam
• Industry certifications
