QA Testing Specialist

Manage and fulfill Service Requests for technical support in non-prod environments. Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot all daily scheduled processes. Develop test scenarios and test cases for Queue and File Transfer based processes from interpretation of technical requirements documents and Visio diagrams. Execute test cases, accurately document and report test results and defects to the established standards as expected. Perform defect recording, tracking and management.

Assist with test case analysis. Troubleshoot and assist in resolution of identified issues. Test new/modified Middleware processes across all non-production environments. Develop and maintain automated Middleware test cases via IBM Rational Integration Tester, SOAP UI and Postman. Hybrid remote work is permitted.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field plus 3 years of experience.

Required skills:

SQL, UNIX; SOAP, SOAPUI & Postman; XML; /JIRA; IBM Rational Integration Tester & IBM MQ Explorer. The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of the required experience.

Salary range: $134,900-$158,000/year.
