• Process Optimization:
  Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable GTM processes, including lead-to-cash, territory planning, lead routing, and sales forecasting.
• Systems Management:
  Own and optimize the GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot), ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and workflow automation.
• Data & Analytics:
  Develop and maintain key performance dashboards and reports to track GTM performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Alignment:
  Act as a key operational partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product leaders, driving cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment on GTM initiatives, rules of engagement, and strategic priorities.
• Strategic Planning:
  Support annual GTM planning, including territory design, spend setting, and headcount modeling, to ensure the company is set up for successful growth.

• Experience:
  
  5-8+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment. 2+ years in a fast-growing startup is a must.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to create low-code automations and understand systems configuration and integrations.
• Analytical Mindset:
  Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, create insightful reports, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Process-Oriented: A strong track record of building, documenting, and improving scalable operational processes.
• Collaboration:
  
  Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and influence across multiple functions and levels.
