This Senior System Engineer role is a contract position based in Augusta, GA with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some flexibility to work from home. The individual will be responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining IT systems to meet operational needs. Key duties include systems engineering, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting system components, performing system administration tasks, and delivering technical support to clients.

This role requires ensuring system reliability, performance, and security while collaborating with internal teams and clients to develop solutions.

• Strong skills in Systems Engineering and Systems Design to develop, implement, and optimize IT solutions
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective resolutions
• Experience with System Administration to configure, maintain, and monitor systems infrastructure
• Demonstrated expertise in Technical Support to respond to and resolve client and internal system concerns
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to dynamic environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred
• Certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco certifications are advantageous
