- Must be comfortable working 9-6 EST
- Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on technical experience in customer support or related roles
- At least 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- 1+ years of hands‑on experience with Kubernetes clusters and custom applications
- Proficiency in reading or debugging code in languages such as Java, Python, Shell, or Java Script
- Familiarity with Dev Ops technologies
- Knowledge of REST APIs or GraphQL
- Understanding of basic web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, DNS)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, Routing, VPNs)
- Understanding of relational databases
