Senior OmniStudio Salesforce Architect; REMOTE

Overview

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Omni Studio Salesforce Architect to support the Salesforce platform for a Federal Program. This role is 100% remote with required travel to the VA area for customer meetings.

• Create and customize dynamic, guided user interfaces and intricate business workflows using the complete Omni Studio suite along with integrated Salesforce ecosystem tools such as Salesforce Government Cloud.
• Architect and deploy secure data handling layers through Data Raptors (Extract, Load, Turbo) and Integration Procedures to facilitate seamless data exchange between Salesforce and required external Federal systems.
• Establish and manage automated testing frameworks for Omni Studio components—including Omni Studio Test Utilities—as well as other platform elements like Apex unit tests and Jest for Lightning Web Components (LWCs).

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with developing solutions using Omni Studio and working with federal integration program projects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Government Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding of OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Flex Card and integration procedures.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• IAT Level II Certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Salary Range: $160,000 – $200,000 depending on experience.
