We are seeking a Salesforce Integration Functional & Technical Expert with experience in migrating Oracle ERP systems to Workday Finance and Billing.

What You’ll Do:- Lead and execute Salesforce integration projects with a focus on Oracle ERP to Workday Finance and Billing migration.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable integration solutions.
- Develop, configure, and optimize Salesforce, Workday, and middleware tools (Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Work closely with stakeholders to define migration strategies and ensure seamless data transfer.
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for ERP migrations and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience: 5+ years in Salesforce integration, data migration, and enterprise system transformations.
- ERP Migration Expertise: Hands-on experience moving Oracle ERP to Workday Finance and Billing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Workday, Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, and API-based integrations.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance, billing processes, and enterprise system architecture.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex integration and data migration challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
