Associate Director, Paid Media; Remote

• Set and manage goals for client engagements within your pod
• Ensure adherence to best practices for client campaigns across various channels
• Support strategists in overcoming approval challenges to drive campaign success
• Facilitate open communication regarding roadblocks during one-on-one meetings with team members
• Lead and empower your team through structured guidance and clear expectations

• Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in B2B tech and SaaS
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on team empowerment and accountability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage virtual collaboration tools

• Experience with LTV:
  
  CAC modeling and Customer Generation strategies
• Familiarity with SEO, paid media, and performance creative methodologies
• Previous success in achieving high client satisfaction scores (CSAT)
• Strong storytelling abilities to present data and insights effectively
• Background in developing compelling content tailored to target audiences
