Service Now Software Developer (Service Now IRM/CAM Developer) – Remote Duration: 6 months
Day-to-day Responsibilities:- Develop and configure Service Now IRM and CAM modules
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, and integrations
- Customize UI and automate processes using Service Now scripting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure compliance with Service Now development standards and best practices
- Proven experience with Service Now IRM and CAM
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Service Now scripting
- Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture
- Experience with API integrations and data imports
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Service Now IRM/CAM Developer experience
- Service Now Platform Development Experience
- Service Now GRC/IRM Experience
- Service Now CAD
- Service Now CSA
- Knowledge and understanding of the Federal ATO process
- Preferred
Certifications:
Service Now Certified System Administrator, IRM Implementation Specialist, or CAM Implementation Specialist
- Build User stories and update sets
- Input into monthly status reports
- Adhering to assigned user stories
- Documentation and related technical documentation activities
- Bachelor of Science
