Planview Administrator

Role Summary

Planview Administrator responsible for overseeing and managing the Planview platform to support project, resource, and portfolio management functions. The role involves maintaining system integrity, user support, and process optimization to ensure efficient project execution. It is suited for an experienced admin with a focus on system administration and user support within a remote work environment.

• Administer and maintain the Planview platform to ensure optimal performance.
• Support end‑users by providing training, troubleshooting, and resolving platform issues.
• Configure and customize the system to meet team and project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project planning and resource allocation processes.
• Monitor system health and perform regular updates and maintenance tasks.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding users within the platform.
• Generate reports and dashboards to facilitate project tracking and analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
• Stay current on Planview updates, features, and best practices.

• Proven experience administering and supporting Planview or similar project management platforms.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for user support and documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of project management, resource planning, and portfolio management principles.
• Experience with system configuration, customization, and reporting.
• Relevant certifications or training in Planview preferred.
• Availability to support and respond to platform needs during business hours.
• Legal authorization to work in the designated location without sponsorship.

Pay Range: $45.00 – $65.00 Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
