K  is seeking a motivated Senior Director to manage Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) CTO external initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals.
• Developing strategies to drive external visibility and understanding of company’s technical innovation expertise.
• Leads cultural and operational change to drive internal and external market perceptions of K ’s technical innovation across business development, business units, and to external clients and the market.
• Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company.
• Lead external engagement to drive market perceptions and increase brand awareness and mission impact to our external customers.
• Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases.

• Location: Remote
• Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
• Working Hours: Standard

Master's degree in related technical field and at least 18 years of related experience.

Graduate degree in related technical field.
