ROLE DESCRIPTRION:
Immediate need for a Pardot Expert who can compare a current implementation to best practices and then:
1) Recommend/Implement improvements and
2) Train staff on the new processes/functions.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-Bachelor’s degree in Comoputer Science, Business, Marketing or related field
-Pardot Certified Consultant
-Technical Pardot or Marketing Automation Specialist capable of handling day to day management of the marketing platforms including: automations, drip programs, campaigns, prospects, reporting, integrations (and connectors), users, engagements, inbound/outbound notifications, monitoring, day-to-day functions and upkeep of platform components
-Ability to train users, assist in creating and documenting training materials and drive user platform adoption with best practices
-Have experience generating diverse email marketing campaigns, analytics/performance tracking, A/B testing, list segmentation,Data collection, and analytics for tracking campaign performance and landing pages.
-Drive cross-functional marketing initiatives with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to increase provider activation, retention
-Experienced setting multi-channel campaigns
-Strong quantitative, strategic, and data visualization skills highly recommended, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred
-Understand the esoteric nature of email design, delivery and analytics and can effectively communicate this to non-technical stakeholders
-Familiar with Pardot apps like event brite, webinar and integration with salesforce
-Preferred email marketing or Pardot consultant.
-5+ years experience in Exact Target & Pardot implementation
-Setting up of folder structures/user/roles in fresh Pardot system
-Experience in installation of Salesforce Engage and interaction with Pardot Experience
-Create & Review technical/functional specs along with Test Strategy/Plan/log for System Testing and User Training doc
-At least 4 years hands-on email and database marketing experience with emphasis on lead generation
-At least 4 years hands-on marketing automation experience including setting-up triggered and nurturing campaigns
-Expert working knowledge of Salesforce / Pardot
-Skilled at segmenting, targeting, pulling and scrubbing lists
-Basic HTML experience in order to update existing templates with content and creative changes
-Strong analytical capability accompanied by effective oral/written presentation skills
-Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
-Well-versed on marketing strategies, tactics and best practices across email, direct mail, social, PPC/SEO, etc.
-Experience with web analytics platforms,e.g.,Google Analytics, and business intelligence tools,e.g.,Tableau, Looker, etc.
