Job Summary:

Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS) is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support program backlog grooming and iterative software delivery. The ideal candidate will contribute across the full systems development lifecycle, ensuring readiness of work items, configuration and development of Oracle EBS modules, and execution of testing and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the "Definition of Ready" criteria for work items to be included in Sprints.
• Assist with grooming the program backlog and contribute to the delivery of working software in each iteration.
• Provide configuration and development support across various Oracle EBS modules including:
• Project Billing, Service, Projects Manufacturing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning
• Quality, Order Management, Production Scheduling, Inventory, Bill of Materials
• Purchasing, Install Base, Human Resources, and Project Accounting
• Create functional designs for custom Oracle EBS RICE objects.
• Develop test plans and materials including test conditions and test scripts.
• Execute testing through to release completion and support production deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues identified by the client and follow established processes and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience in each of the following areas:
  • Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
  • Test Execution
  • Functional Design
  • Test Planning

Work Environment

Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client (100%). Occasional business travel may be required. Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by OTS.
