Due to the State’s current hiring freeze, this position will not start employment until January 1, 2026, or after.
Are you a skilled Omnichannel Engineer adapting enterprise direction and architecture? As our new Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be the subject matter expert in the design, configuration, implementation, and installation of the state’s Omnichannel communication services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create solutions that process multiple communications into a common support framework, drive continuous improvement, and assist in the review of new cloud‑based platforms.
Responsibilities- Recommend new processes, procedures, and technology to increase productivity and efficiency
- Document high‑level design and procedures
- Analyze and develop functional specifications for new Omnichannel platform solutions or modifications
- Configure, administer, and deploy mission‑critical Omnichannel solutions, such as virtual call centers, chatbots, chat, and other integrations
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to technical problems
- 5 years of hands‑on technical experience servicing an Enterprise environment, in the specific area of Cloud Services
- AWS and/or Google Cloud Certification
- Additional certifications from Microsoft Azure, Cisco, VMware, or HP
- Must comply with screening procedures; background check and drug test may be required.
- Travel within Colorado may be required.
- Remote work must be performed within Colorado; relocation required.
