What You’ll Be Doing- Set and own Ninja One’s global integrated media strategy across paid social, programmatic, and offline media.
- Own the integrated media budget, including forecasting, allocation, reallocation, and ROI optimization.
- Make investment decisions based on performance data and business priorities.
- Define audience strategies across regions, segments, and funnel stages.
- Lead and manage a global media agency, holding them accountable for performance and outcomes.
- Manage two individual contributors supporting media planning and paid social across North America and EMEA.
- Brainstorm, pressure-test, and refine media tactics that align campaign goals with audience intent.
- Plan and execute integrated media campaigns across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Segment leaders, Campaigns, and Corporate Marketing to intake, plan, and prioritize campaigns, with the judgment to say no when needed.
- Translate media performance into clear business outcomes, including pipeline contribution, efficiency, and growth impact, and communicate results to executive stakeholders.
- 10–12+ years of experience in integrated media, paid social, or programmatic marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience setting media strategy, not just executing campaigns.
- Ownership of seven-figure global media budgets with clear accountability and decision‑making authority.
- Strong understanding of audience strategy and how to activate audiences through paid media.
- Ability to ideate, evaluate, and scale tactics that connect campaign objectives to execution and results.
- Strong collaborator with experience working across Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, and Revenue Marketing.
- Sound judgment around channel mix, ROI, trade‑offs, and investment prioritization.
- Experience leading global agencies and managing multi‑region media programs.
- Ability to clearly communicate media impact to executive stakeholders using business, pipeline, and brand metrics.
- Background in cybersecurity, IT, or related B2B technology markets.
- Operates with adaptability and urgency in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.

This position is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship.
Due to operational policies, Ninja One is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self‑relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job‑related knowledge, and skills.
The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000 per year. For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000 per year.
