Position: Customer Success Manager (Legal AI Solutions)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships
  • Proactive customer-centric mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with leading legal tech consulting organizations or SaaS firms
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
  • Curiosity and adaptability regarding technology and AI developments in the legal field
