• Salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 USD

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Lead continuous planning and maintain engineering team schedules to ensure proper resource planning
• Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines for project progress
• Promote Agile best practices and educate team members to enhance performance and productivity
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to manage and prioritize the product backlog

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in an Agile environment using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with JIRA management and agile performance metrics
• Familiarity with UX design processes and product requirement gathering
• Previous experience in a digital marketing or technology services environment
