10, is seeking an IT Project Manager with Salesforce and Work/SAP experience for an insurance industry client located in San Antonio, TX. This is a 6‑month contract‑to‑hire position with a hybrid schedule (4‑5 days in the office).
Compensation: $65–$68.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level.
Job DescriptionExperience in Salesforce, Workday, or SAP and ADP (or similar systems) for claims and legal projects is required. The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership, management, and Agile methodologies for project functions within Corporate and Marketing business channels. The role reports to the PMO Manager and adheres to Enterprise PMO standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Report project status, forecast resource capacity, and define project scope and objectives.
- Create, update, and validate project data; maintain project records and roadmaps.
- Lead medium‑ and large‑sized project meetings and events.
- Proactively identify and recommend corrective actions for projects at risk of missing delivery objectives.
- Develop a communication plan and regularly update stakeholders on approved plans and upcoming actions.
- Ensure completion of project artifacts, including system documentation and regulatory reporting (SOX, ORI).
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable outcomes.
- Lead projects in waterfall and Agile environments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and documentation frameworks.
- General understanding of computing systems, hardware, software, networking, and information security.
- Project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Time and cost estimation using detailed and milestone plans.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Online, Azure Dev Ops, SharePoint, Excel, Smartsheet, and related tools.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; or equivalent experience. 3–7 years of relevant technical and business project management experience.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive with strong stakeholder management.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional after‑hour events and overtime as requested.
