- Manage development backlog for client engagements and assign tasks to junior engineers
- Provide client support, including troubleshooting and software upgrades
- Maintain awareness of technology and industry trends relevant to simulation and emulation
- Contribute to internal initiatives and tool building
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in relevant industries
- Experience in developing simulation and emulation technology
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or .NET
- Familiarity with Agile or similar project delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of Emulate3D, Sim3D/Demo3D, or equivalent industrial standard software
- Experience in technical evaluations of client infrastructure
- Skills in integrating emulation software with soft and physical controllers
