Remote (Candidates should ideally be based locally, though remote candidates will need to cover their travel expenses for occasional trips to Cleveland, approximately a few times a year)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Now Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about IT service management and eager to grow within the Service Now ecosystem. You will play a critical role in managing, configuring, and optimizing our Service Now platform, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Asset Management.

• Administer and maintain the Service Now platform, ensuring configurations align with business needs and best practices.
• Work on ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management modules to optimize workflows and processes.
• Configure and customize Service Now applications, creating efficient processes and user-friendly solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Service Now solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users, ensuring a seamless Service Now experience.
• Develop and document new processes, workflows, and enhancements to continually improve platform usage.
• Take ownership of incidents, requests, and problem resolutions in a timely and professional manner.

• Required:
  
  Service Now Administrator Certification
• Preferred:
  Certification in IT Service Management (CIS for ITSM)
• At least 2.5 years of hands‑on experience in Service Now platform configuration and administration.
• Strong foundational knowledge and experience with ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management modules.
• A strong desire to learn new skills and develop into a team leadership role over time.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Must be available to start within two weeks from an accepted offer.
• Must be willing to travel to Cleveland for team meetings or key activities a few times a year (travel expenses will be covered by the candidate).
