What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Engage with customers to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance as a trusted advisor
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to maximize value from legal AI solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to design tailored workflows that address specific business challenges
  • Lead executive business reviews to capture value delivered and create joint roadmaps for success
  • Proactively address customer needs to enhance retention, satisfaction, and identify opportunities for expansion
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Formal legal education (JD) or significant experience working with legal technology or legal professionals
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or related roles within legal tech or SaaS firms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms and a willingness to stay updated on advancements
  • Proactive problem-solving approach focused on delivering measurable outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to achieve mutual goals
  • Curiosity about technology and AI developments in the legal field
