• Lead the development of simulation and virtual commissioning models for clients

• Maintain awareness of technology and industry trends relevant to simulation and emulation
• Manage development backlog and assign tasks to junior engineers during client engagements
• Provide client support, including troubleshooting and software upgrades

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a similar role
• Experience in leading the implementation of simulation and emulation technology in operational settings

• Experience developing in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, or related languages
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies in project delivery
• Experience with industrial standard simulation and emulation software such as Emulate3D or Demo3D
• Background in conducting technical evaluations of client infrastructure
• Experience integrating emulation software with controllers
