We are seeking a Quality Review Analyst to assist the Tower Divisions Network Operations team. The team monitors and maintains the accuracy of data for the Company's U.S. assets supporting both frontline representation in the field and strategic programs. As a Quality Review Analyst, you will drive success with external customers by analyzing, auditing, and validating our assets and customer equipment installed on them to ensure that our systems and databases are accurately maintained.
Remote location: This role is remote (EST or CST only) with an initial onboarding/training period in the Cary, NC office.
Responsibilities- Utilize a 3D modeling application to inspect and evaluate aerial photographs of towers and related ground assets.
- Accurately validate tower attributes such as coordinates and height to align with business tolerances.
- Create geospatial objects in the 3D scene and build relationships between geospatial objects and points in our systems data.
- Complete an inventory of all customer equipment identifying discrepancies between lease agreements and actual installations.
- Review photographs to evaluate and identify key elements of our assets. Update internal systems with data gathered through photographic analyses.
- Validate data within internal databases while adhering to the Company's established tolerances and communicate discrepancies or changes.
- Assess the quality of deliverables provided by the Network Operations team and work with frontline representatives in the field to revise and validate deliverables for precision.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships and cross‑functional collaboration with numerous departments, most notably Engineering and Network Operations.
4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Cary, NC. Fully remote position.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $29.16 – $29.16/hr.
