• Build and execute a territory plan, prospecting and developing new business while expanding existing relationships
• Lead full-cycle enterprise sales including discovery, solution mapping, negotiation, and closing
• Navigate public procurement processes and coordinate compliant submissions
• Orchestrate cross-functional deal teams to achieve technical and business wins
• Maintain accurate forecasting and activity metrics in CRM to drive towards targets

• 7+ years in enterprise field sales with a track record of consistent over-achievement
• Strong background in infrastructure (storage/data platforms, data protection, virtualization, cloud/hybrid)
• Experience leading complex RFP/RFI cycles and multi-year programs
• Proven ability in partner-led selling with defense primes and national SIs
• Business fluent in German and English, with familiarity in German public procurement processes

• Previous success in the defense/public sector or regulated industries
• Proven co-sell and channel execution experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
