Machine Learning Engineer II, Marketing

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning solutions to address key challenges in our marketplace ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to ensure ML models are integrated effectively and aligned with business objectives.
• Continuously refine and improve algorithms to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead efforts in deploying ML models into production, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, applying innovative techniques to our solutions.
• Participate in team-matching exercises to identify the best fit for your expertise among our various ML teams

• Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in artificial intelligence, machine learning, operations research, or a related field, or equivalent self-study and experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL and Pandas.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, including scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras, and Tensor Flow.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex problems.
• Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience applying machine learning to real-world problems involving large datasets.
• Experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments and optimizing solutions for marketplace challenges is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of deep learning methodologies and frameworks is preferred.
