• Maintain and configure customer-facing and operational platforms, ensuring stability and data integrity
• Partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Ensure accurate data flows between systems and create dashboards or reports for decision-making
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Rev Ops to ensure platforms are integrated and aligned with customer lifecycle
• Develop user documentation, provide training, and support for the tools used by the teams

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of experience administering Gainsight products; familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or similar tools is a plus
• Knowledge of data integration tools and APIs
• Experience with automation, workflow design, and process mapping
• Strong documentation and knowledge management skills

• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations
• Gainsight certification is a plus
